Bookings for minors, elderly individuals, or dependents must be made by a parent, legal guardian, family member, or authorized representative.
By using our services, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
By requesting services through Sanjivani Care, you authorize the sharing of relevant information with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, laboratories, diagnostic partners, ambulance providers, and other service providers involved in your care.

Consultations may be conducted through video, audio, or digital communication channels. Technical issues, internet disruptions, or device limitations may affect consultation quality. Teleconsultation may not be suitable for emergency or life-threatening conditions. Medical professionals may recommend in-person examination or hospital care when clinically appropriate.
Sanjivani Care is not a substitute for emergency medical services.
In a life-threatening emergency, immediately contact local emergency services or visit the nearest hospital.
Where ambulance coordination is requested, response times may vary depending on location, traffic conditions, provider availability, and external circumstances.
By confirming a booking, you agree to pay all applicable charges.

Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method, banking partner, and service category.
