2. Medicine Delivery

Prescription medicines are supplied through licensed pharmacy partners in accordance with applicable laws.

  • A valid prescription may be required for regulated medicines.
  • Delivery availability depends on stock and serviceable locations.
  • Estimated delivery timelines are displayed during checkout.
  • Delivery charges, where applicable, will be communicated before order confirmation.
  • Once dispatched, users may receive order updates or tracking information where available.

For patient safety, medicines should be inspected immediately upon delivery.

3. Medical Equipment Delivery & Installation

Medical equipment purchased or rented through Sanjivani Care will be delivered by authorized logistics or healthcare partners.

9. Delivery Charges

Applicable delivery, installation, pickup, emergency dispatch, or logistics charges (if any) will be displayed prior to confirming the booking or order.
